Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers offer a non-surgical, minimally invasive solution to enhance your appearance by adding volume and lift to the cheeks, lips, and jawline, helping you achieve a more youthful look.

Composed of hyaluronic acid, these fillers help smooth wrinkles and replenish the facial volume lost with age, addressing sagging muscles and tissues that can result in hollow cheeks and temples.

Treatment Areas

  • Lip filler is a highly sought-after non-surgical treatment aimed at enhancing the lips by adding volume, shape, and symmetry. By using precisely placed injections of hyaluronic acid (HA) — a naturally occurring substance in the skin — we can create results ranging from gentle hydration and subtle definition to fuller, more pronounced lip enhancement.

    Benefits:

    • Loss of volume

    • Defining lip border

    • Balancing asymmetry

    • Treating fine lines.

  • Nasolabial folds, commonly known as smile lines or laughter lines, are the natural creases that extend from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth. Although everyone has them, these lines can become more pronounced over time as the skin loses elasticity and facial volume shifts downward, which can contribute to a tired or aged appearance.

    Benefits:

    • Deepening smile lines

    • Tired or aged appearance

  • Marionette lines are the folds that extend from the corners of the mouth down toward the chin, named after the lines on a puppet’s face. They can give the appearance of a sad, tired, or downturned expression, even when your mood doesn’t reflect it.

These lines form naturally with age due to:

    • Loss of volume and elasticity in the lower face

    • The effects of gravity causing facial tissues to sag

    • Repeated movement of the muscles around the mouth

Dermal fillers can help soften these lines, restoring a smoother and more youthful appearance.

  • Cheek filler is a widely sought-after non-surgical treatment that uses hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers to restore or enhance volume in the midface. The cheeks are key to facial harmony, offering lift, contour, and a youthful structure. As we age, natural loss of fat and bone in this area can cause the cheeks to flatten, deepen nasolabial folds, and contribute to a tired or aged appearance. Dermal fillers can help rejuvenate the midface, restoring volume and improving overall facial balance.

    Benefits:

    • Restoration of mid-face volume

    • Lift and support

    • Defines cheek bones

  • Chin filler is a non-surgical treatment that uses hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler to improve the shape, size, and projection of the chin. The chin is a key feature for overall facial balance and profile. Enhancing the chin can create greater facial harmony, define the jawline, and even help the nose appear more proportionate when viewed from the side.

  • A defined jawline is an important aspect of facial symmetry and overall aesthetics. With age, natural changes such as bone loss and decreased skin elasticity can result in a softer, less defined jawline, and in some cases, the early formation of jowls. Additionally, some individuals naturally have a less prominent jawline due to genetic factors. Dermal fillers can help enhance and sculpt the jawline, restoring definition and balance to the lower face.

    Benefits:

    • Sharpen

    • Sculpt

    • Restore

    • Support

  • Non-surgical rhinoplasty, also known as nose filler, is a minimally invasive procedure that uses hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler to reshape and refine the nose. By carefully placing small amounts of filler, it can smooth out bumps, correct asymmetries, and address irregularities, resulting in a straighter, more balanced profile—all without surgery or significant downtime.

    Benefits:

    • Enhances facial profile

    • Addresses asymmetry

    • Refine and smooth contours

  • The tear trough is the hollow or depression beneath the eyes that can create shadows or the appearance of dark circles, often making the face look tired or aged, even when well-rested. Tear troughs typically develop due to factors such as genetics, ageing, thinning skin, or loss of midface volume. Dermal fillers can help restore volume in this area, reducing the appearance of hollows and creating a more refreshed, youthful look.

    Benefits

    • Seamless contour

    • Rejuvenated, youthful look

    • Brighten and refresh the area

    • Reduce hollows and shadows

  • Temple filler is a non-surgical treatment that uses hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal fillers to restore volume and contour to the temple area, which can hollow with age, causing a sunken or tired appearance. While safe and effective when performed by qualified medical professionals, some patients may wish to adjust or reverse their results due to aesthetic concerns, such as asymmetry or overfilling, or medical reasons, such as lumps or complications.

    Benefits:

    • Volume restoration

    • Contours

    • Youthful appearance

  • Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are safe and effective when administered by qualified medical professionals, but sometimes patients may want to adjust or reverse their results. This can be for aesthetic reasons, such as overfilling, asymmetry, or dissatisfaction, or for medical reasons, such as lumps, complications, or vascular concerns.

Filler can be dissolved using a prescription-only enzyme called hyaluronidase, which safely and efficiently breaks down the hyaluronic acid.

The procedure is performed exclusively by a qualified doctor, ensuring maximum safety and precision.

    Benefits:

    • Treats overfilling

    • Treats filler migration

You must inform the doctor about any medications or dietary supplements you are currently taking, as some may interfere with the effectiveness of anti-wrinkle injections or dermal fillers and increase the risk of bruising. Avoid taking any non-prescribed pain medication containing ibuprofen for 7 days before treatment, as it can contribute to bruising. Alcohol and certain vitamin or herbal supplements—including St. John’s Wort, fish oils, garlic, Ginkgo Biloba, and vitamins A–E—should also be avoided for 7 days prior to your appointment, as they may increase bruising risk. Please arrive with no makeup on the day of your treatment, and do not reapply makeup for 24 hours afterward to minimize the chance of infection or irritation at the injection sites.

  • You will notice results right away.

  • You might feel slight discomfort during the procedure and some tenderness afterward, but our experienced doctors will do everything possible to keep you comfortable throughout the process.

  • Typically, 1ml of dermal filler is used, though a 2ml option is also available. The appropriate amount will be recommended by our doctors after a full consultation and assessment of your individual needs.

  • Your doctor will provide detailed post-treatment instructions during your consultation. After the procedure, you may experience common injection-related effects such as swelling, redness, pain, itching, discoloration, or tenderness at the injection site. These usually resolve on their own within 2 to 10 days. Taking anti-inflammatory medications or aspirin can increase the risk of bleeding or bruising at the injection site. Avoid all exercise except gentle walking for 24 hours following the treatment.

  • A key benefit of dermal fillers is that their effects are long-lasting but not permanent. The duration varies depending on factors such as your skin type, lifestyle, and age. Typically, follow-up treatments are recommended every 6 to 12 months, depending on the individual and the area treated. Lip treatments usually last between 3 and 6 months. Your doctor will provide more specific guidance during your consultation.

  • Dermal fillers should not be used if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or prone to easy bruising. If you are uncertain about your suitability, our doctors will provide guidance during your consultation.

  • Dermal fillers are a non-surgical treatment designed to add volume and plump areas affected by wrinkles and folds caused by aging. They help smooth lines, enhance the lips, and restore the cheeks, giving you a more youthful and refreshed appearance.

  • We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before exposing the treated area to sunlight or extreme temperatures.

  • At your complimentary consultation at Clinic N°44, our skilled medical team will evaluate your skin, facial structure, and aesthetic goals. From this assessment, we will develop a personalized treatment plan using the most appropriate products and techniques.
